In order to qualify for a refund, the item must be returned in the original packaging with the original authenticity card. Additionally, the item must be unused, unworn, and without damage. Overall, we are extremely fortunate for our customers and we want to be as flexible as possible.

Lo amo has a Lifetime guarantee for our bracelets/necklaces. In the event your bracelet/necklace breaks, please return the beads in a zip-lock bag with your original authenticity card. In the event that you lose a couple of beads, do not sweat it. If we receive 70% of the bracelet/necklace or more, we will fill in the missing pieces. Please note, without correct proof of purchase we cannot replace or repair any bracelets/necklaces.
